What do they convey?

Its no reality.
Its not even a movie.
Some sweet,some scary.
Haunted in the darkness.
I think of it;being sleepless.
Some forgotten,some remembered.
What do they signify? Are they good? Or bad?
Or is it a game played by my subconscious mind?
I am obsessed,of the dreams and the nightmares.


I was watching a Spanish movie 'The Hidden',on the utv world movies,today. It was about two women from two different parts of the world who never knew each other but their similar dreams or rather nightmares that make them meet but eventually become a treat for each other.

Well,that movie was all a fiction but wonder what these visions signify? I keep getting many such visions,some scary,some beautiful and some strange,which have come true once or twice too. Is it a good sign to get such visions that often? or is it a taboo? I have heard and even seen some people who do spiritual exercises,meditation or consult a psychiatrist or even perform some rituals in their sacred places considering it to be a bad sign for all their past deeds. But does it all really work? Does a person stop getting such visions after doing all this? Or is it all A visual imprint of one's fear in the subconscious state or any other scientific reason?
